Description of the apartments:
Apartments n°1 and n°2: livingroom with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette and dining table, a double room, bathroom, storage room (2 beds total + 2 extra places on sofabed).
Apartments n°3, n°4, n°6 e n°8: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen with dining table, a bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, terrace (total 4 beds + 2 extra places on sofabed).
Apartment n°5: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen with dining table, a bathroom, a bedroom for four persons with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed (total 4 beds + 2 extra places on sofabed).
Apartment n°7: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen with dining table, two double bedrooms, bathroom, terrace (total 4 beds + 2 extra places on sofabed).
General Conditions:
- Price is per week (seven days) generally from Saturday to Saturday and is inclusive of the cost of electricity and water. The price consider the normal bed occupied. The use of the sofa has a daily cost of 7€.
- Prices are not inclusive of final cleaning costs, which amount to 30€ for apartments n°1 and n°2, and 40€ for apartments n°. 3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
- Guests staying at the apartments “Samont” have free entrance to the panoramic pool at Hotel Gortani, as well as the Spa.
- The day of arrival the apartment is available from 13 pm and the check-out should be maximum at 10am.
- At the moment of delivery keys at the reception of Hotel Gortani payment is required refers to the period of stay. For the payment of the apartments we do not accept credit cards or cheque.
- A deposit will be required (150€) which will be returned the day of departure after having checked the apartment.
- To reserve a specific apartment, please advise at time of booking; we will try, to fulfill your desire.
- The reservation will be confirmed by us after receipt of the deposit.
- A request can be accepted pets of small and medium size provided quiet and accustomed to living in confined spaces. His entry, shall be prohibited in public areas of the hotel. Any damage or extra cleaning to be carried out by service personnel will be charged.
- In case of early departure the apartment must still be paid for the entire week booked.
- If at the time of entry into the apartment, the customer finds any problem please notify us immediately at the hotel reception. At the end of the stay will not be accepted disputes related to the conditions in which it was found the apartment upon arrival.
