We present to you the scheduled excursions departing directly from the Hotel in which you can participate for free in the company of our guide Omar Gubeila. Whether you prefer walking or cycling, you will find offers for all tastes during the summer!

- 7 AUGUST🔸Cycle excursion on the Upper But valley and tasting at the Bondai brewery in Sutrio
- 6 SEPTEMBER🔸Cycle excursion to the intermunicipal park of the Carnic Hills and tasting at the Casamatta brewery in Enemonzo
👉All excursions are free with the use of muscle bikes.

If your holiday program is pure relaxation, but in the morning you feel like doing some healthy exercise, the water aerobics lessons in our panoramic swimming pool in the company of Margherita are what's right for you! An hour of fitness and water activities is ideal for starting the day off right! After the muscle toning activity in the water, you then have the whole day to decide what you like most!

YOGA & RELAX WITH SNACK IN THE GARDEN TOGETHER WITH BEATRICE 🧘♀️
In a relaxing holiday you cannot miss the practice of yoga! Suitable for all ages, it is an activity that relaxes and stretches the muscles and finally with a moment of stretching it gives you a feeling of total relaxation. Our instructor Beatrice will be your guide in this moment all for you.
At the end of the activity, a good warm herbal tea with local flowers and some biscuits will be ideal to end the afternoon and prepare you for the evening.

In our spa you can experience this splendid sensation accompanied by our Aufguss Meister Chiara who will be at your disposal to explain the wellness processes given by this ancient ritual. Here the body and mind find their balance in a silent and relaxing environment.

Exclusive evening at our Spa Terra Mater
Four evenings linked to summer and the stars, designed to provide well-being and relaxation in an intimate environment with few participants, in the company of AISA certified Aufguss Meisters. The program includes a series of scheduled Aufguss and scrubs and a wellness buffet served in the pool. All spa spaces are for the exclusive use of the few participants.
The activity includes an extra promotional cost for our guests of €39.00 instead of €45.00.
